Ordering of water
If you want us to deliver water to you, you need to fill out purchasing order in advance by:1. Calling our Customer Service at 011 3052 600, or
2. Sending a fax at 011 3052 645, or
3. Sending an e-mail to order@lafantana.rs
Delivery of water
Delivery is carried out according to the agreement made at the moment of ordering.
Delivery of water is organized on “full for empty” principle, which means that at the moment of delivery the number of delivered filled up bottles is equal to the number of empty bottles taken, in accordance with the defined subscription package.
Water is delivered directly to the given household address at set time. Delivery is carried out by La Fantana delivery agents in vehicles fully adapted to water transportation.
The regional coverage of the country is secured due to our offices in Belgrade, Novi Sad, Niš, Čačak, Subotica, and Kragujevac.
