Water cooler – Device which enables you to have access to high quality drinking water in a simple and practical way. Device functionality makes it possible for you to enjoy cold, hot, carbonated or water at room temperature, depending on device model you opt for.

Subscription package – Includes the use (renting) of a water cooler device and certain number of bottles (11 or 19 litres), depending on the kind of package – whether it is a household or a company package – with precisely defined amount of subscription at monthly level.

Ordering – In order for the water to come to you, you have to make an order first by:
1. Calling our Customer Service at 011 3052 600, or
2. Sending a fax at 011 3052 645, or
3. Sending an e-mail to order@lafantana.rs

Delivery – Water is delivered directly to your household or your company address, in accordance with the agreement made at the moment of ordering.

„Full for Empty“ – Delivery of water is organized on “full for empty” principle, which means that at the moment of delivery the number of delivered filled up bottles is equal to the number of empty bottles taken, in accordance with the defined subscription package.

Sanitization – Cleaning of the water cooler, followed by disinfection of all the device surfaces that are in contact with water.
